WINNY'S VITAMINS & SUPPLEMENTS, INC. prides itself on a dynamic shipping system that caters to your online orders in the most advanced and efficient fashion that is second to none.
We have in place a fully automated, 'cut-off time activated system' that processes your valuable orders within a matter of hours on a regular business day. All weekend/holiday orders are shipped the very next business day.

Our robust Shopping Cart engine can calculate the cost of shipping your orders to your desired destination by your choice of transport with the flick of a button. Simply make a selection of the items you wish to purchase, go to check-out, select your preferred mode of transport and you get the shipping cost in a jiffy. Our average time in-transit from Coast to Coast (within Canada) is 1 to 3 business days. U.S. customers can expect their order to arrive within 7 to 10 business days, depending upon the Customs formalities for release of your shipment across international borders.
'Next Day' delivery will be applicable for the next business day only. Rush Delivery surcharges may be applied by the carrier.
Saturday, Sunday and Statutory Holidays are not included in Next Business Day delivery or Overnight delivery offers.
P.O. Box Orders can only be shipped via Canada Post or USPS and as such the time in-transit may be slightly longer.
Defense Service Personnel can order their purchases from us as well. We have partnered with the United States Postal Service to deliver merchandise to APO and AFO addresses. Delivery time is anywhere from 30 to 45 business days from the date of shipping.
Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico customers can expect a delay in receiving their orders. It may take anywhere from 10 to 15 business days.
In the event an incorrect shipping address is supplied to us by the customer, we cannot be held responsible for any hardship/s suffered by the customer in timely delivery of your order. In case you realize that you have made a mistake in giving us the right shipping address at the time of placing your order, a nominal fee of $20.00 will be charged for address correction for the first package and $8.00 for each additional package.
Canadian customers must place their orders through the Canadian side of our website. This way, you will avoid being charged in US Dollars. Since shipping within Canada does not entail any customs clearance delays, you can expect to receive your order(s) within 1-3 business days via CanadaPost, Purolator or FedEX.
Damaged/lost or misplaced articles need to be reported to us immediately upon notice at your end. In case you received the package in a damaged condition, please inform the courier company within 3 business days and also let us know forthwith in order for us to open a claim. The 3 day period is the maximum allowed by courier companies to file a claim.
In the event that the order you're placing with us is over $100, we strongly advise you to please select extra insurance on your purchase so that any unpleasant situation arising out of a courier company's negligence can be addressed without much delay.
In the event your courier company is unable to deliver the package at an address given by you, the driver leaves a note for you to go and pick-up the package from their depot. In the event of failure on your part to collect the same within 3 working days, the package is returned to us but we still incur the shipping cost. In this situation, we will not be able to refund the shipping fee.
At Winny's, we make every possible effort to ship your order at the same time. In the unfortunate event of any item being on 'Back Order', please rest assured we'll ship it back to you immediately it becomes available. In the unfortunate event that we have to send out a second package, we will send it to you without charging you for shipping again.
Orders cancelled after the shipment has already left our warehouse will be subject to Shipping Charges as well as Credit Card Processing Fees as applicable from time to time.
