Returns Policy

We take pride in offering our valuable customers impeccable service at all times, and as such we have enforced a 30-day refund/exchange policy. In the event that you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you are free to either return the product for a refund or an exchange. Please take note that a full refund (minus original shipping fees) will only be provided as long as the product is factory sealed and has never been tempered with.

In order to make your purchase experience at Winny's an exceptionally satisfying one, we advise you to follow these simple steps when returning an item:

Click HERE to obtain your RMA Number (this number is the ‘Return Merchandise Authorization’) and make sure it is clearly marked on the Shipping Label of your return package. Also make sure that you have included the Sales Receipt and Packing Slip in the box to avoid delays in processing.

Make sure that the merchandise being returned by you is properly packed in its original form. In case you are returning the product for a full refund, please be sure to include any complimentary promotional item(s) that may have been sent with your purchase. Failure to do so will result in an automatic $10 deduction off your refund amount.

In order to ensure that the merchandise returned by you, reaches our facilities in proper condition, please make sure you put enough insurance on the package to pay for merchandise lost and/or damaged in transit.

We will gladly pay the re-shipping cost in the event of our failure to ensure safe delivery of merchandise to you from our facilities the very first time. In case your merchandise arrives at your door in a damaged condition, please check contents of the package before signing receipt. Please do not forget to file a claim with the courier company promptly and notify us as well.

Exceptions where No Return or Refund is accepted:

Improperly packaged products with missing and/or defaced packaging

Any merchandise that has been tempered with in any way, shape or form

Signs of physical abuse and/or damage to the merchandise in any fashion

Illegible UPC Code or any digit of the said UPC Code has been altered and or removed/replaced

Altered and/or removed Bar Code

Any nutritional product which has been opened & partially or fully consumed

Merchandise received without original Sale Receipt issued by KORE Fit Living Inc.

In case exceptional circumstances exist in order to warrant a refund on any merchandise supplied by us, we reserve the right to charge ‘Re-stocking Fee’ up to a maximum amount of 20% of the value of the merchandise in question; however there will be no refund of Shipping and Handling (S&H) charges and the Credit Card processing fees (3%) charged by the merchant company.
